Unlearning the roles you were told to play
We’ll unpack how survival made you the people-pleaser, perfectionist, fixer, or silent one, and why that role isn't who you are. This week is about seeing yourself clearly, not through guilt, but with compassion.
You’ll learn: where your patterns came from, how culture shaped your “role,” and what you’ve been carrying that was never yours.
You’ll start: naming your inner voice beyond the guilt, fear, and performance.

Role Self vs. Real Self
Who are you when you’re not being useful, perfect, or needed?
This is the week you meet the real you — not the version you had to become. We explore identity, self-betrayal, and what authenticity actually looks like when you’ve only ever been rewarded for being the “strong” one.
You’ll learn: how to spot the mask you’ve been wearing and why it keeps you stuck.
You’ll start: reconnecting with your wants, needs, and voice — without guilt.

The Roles We Took On
Caretaker. Hero. Scapegoat. Golden child. Shadow child.
You didn’t choose them — but they shaped you. This week is about breaking the myths around “being the strong one” and how those roles play out in motherhood, relationships, and even how you love.
You’ll learn: the invisible roles daughters of immigrants often carry and how they impact your adult life.
You’ll start: rewriting your story, from obligation to choice.

Culture ≠ Trauma
When they say “it’s just how we do things,” but it’s really generational pain
This is where we call it what it is. We lovingly separate tradition from trauma, and unpack what our communities normalized in the name of culture: silence, shame, hitting, pressure, control.
You’ll learn: how to spot cultural conditioning vs. real values.
You’ll start: choosing what gets passed on, and what ends with you.

Nervous System: You’re Not Overreacting
Your body remembers what your brain was told to ignore
You’ll finally understand why you freeze, explode, go quiet, or spiral, and that it’s not because you’re weak. You’ll learn how trauma sits in the body and how to regulate yourself in real life (especially as a mother or partner).
You’ll learn: the basics of nervous system healing through a cultural lens.
You’ll start: building safety in your body, not just your mind.

Boundaries Without the Guilt Trip
Because “they’re your parents” doesn’t mean you owe them your peace
This week, we’ll talk boundaries that actually work in Black and South Asian families, not the Western ones that get you labelled “disrespectful.” This is about honouring your values without betraying yourself.
You’ll learn: how to hold boundaries without fear or conflict spirals.
You’ll start: choosing self-respect over silence, in your way, in your voice.

Inner Child, Eldest Daughter Edition
She never got to rest. We let her breathe.
We’ll meet the little girl inside you, the one who had to grow up too fast, carry too much, and got love through performance. She’s still shaping your reactions, people-pleasing, and triggers. This week, you finally get to hold her.
You’ll learn: how your inner child is still running the show and how to reparent her.
You’ll start: healing the relationship between who you were and who you’re becoming.

Anger, Grief, and the Emotions You Were Taught to Swallow
You don’t need to be calm. You need to be real.
We break down the emotional constipation many of us carry, and why “being strong” has cost us softness, rest, and connection. You’ll learn how to express rage, grief, and hurt in ways that heal, not harm.
You’ll learn: how to process hard emotions without guilt or fear.
You’ll start: letting your body and voice feel safe to express again.

Love Without Overgiving
You can be kind without shrinking. You can love without losing yourself.
This week is about your patterns in love and friendship — how survival taught you to overgive, earn love, or expect abandonment. We’re rewriting what love looks like when it’s rooted in self-worth, not performance.
You’ll learn: your attachment patterns and why some dynamics feel so hard to shift.
You’ll start: choosing aligned, honest, mutual relationships.

You’re Allowed to Take Up Space
Rest. Ask. Shine. Speak. Exist. You’re allowed.
This week, we talk visibility wounds: the shame of being “too much,” the pressure to be low-maintenance, the fear of being seen. We reclaim your voice, your softness, and your right to show up fully.
You’ll learn: how internalised racism, misogyny, and family dynamics shaped your self-worth.
You’ll start: embodying your full self — not just the digestible parts.

The Future Gets to Feel Different
You're not healing just for you — you're raising your kids different, too.
We talk parenting (if you're a parent), reparenting (if you’re not), and the daily ways we break cycles. This is where healing turns into leadership, with love, not shame.
You’ll learn: how to model emotional safety, choice, and wholeness in your family.
You’ll start: living your healing, not just learning about it.

You Didn’t Turn Out Fine — You’re Becoming Whole
You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re right on time.
We close this chapter by anchoring into your values, your story, and your vision. Not the one they handed you — the one you chose. This is your homecoming.
You’ll learn: how to stay rooted in your healing when life life’s.
You’ll leave with: practices, rituals, and language to lead yourself, on your terms.
