Maryam isn’t here to give safe speeches. She speaks the truths our communities need — with love, boldness, and deep cultural fluency.

As founder of Black and Brown Parenting, Maryam brings both professional credibility and lived experience. With a degree in South Asian and African Colonial History and certification in conscious parenting coaching, she combines academic insight with real-life wisdom. Raised in an immigrant family and now parenting in a multiracial, Muslim household, Maryam brings unmatched empathy, nuance, and cultural truth to every stage she steps on.
