Next round starts 12th October 2026
Speak honestly without the fear of being a “difficult” daughter: Say what you actually think, need and feel without automatically shrinking, softening or staying silent to keep the peace.
Set boundaries without feeling like you're betraying your family: Learn to say no, hold your position and stop taking responsibility for everyone else's feelings, particularly when family, culture or expectations make it complicated.
Understand the woman behind the achievement: Unpick the connection between being the responsible eldest daughter, being highly capable and becoming the woman everyone can rely on. Understand what is genuinely you and what you learned you had to be.
Question what you inherited without rejecting where you come from: Look honestly at the messages you've absorbed about respect, sacrifice, success, family, womanhood and being a “good” daughter, and decide what still belongs in your life.
Build a life that actually belongs to you: Make choices from your own values rather than fear, guilt or inherited expectations. Love your family, honour where you come from and still become the woman you want to be.
