I'm Maryam Javaid
Certified Parenting Coach, Speaker & Founder of Black and Brown Parenting.
I help Black and South Asian families break toxic cycles, parent with love, and raise emotionally resilient children, without shame or fear.
With a degree in African and South Asian Colonial History, and certifications in trauma-informed parenting and public speaking, I guide people to heal what they’ve inherited and redefine how they lead, at home and beyond.
My work is rooted in lived experience at the intersection of Black, Brown, Muslim, and diaspora identities, and supported by my signature Rethink. Rewire. Redefine.™ method.
